Today is... um....I have been totally spacing out randomly lately. sometimes ill start saying something and in the middle of the sentence ill totally space out and forget what I'm doing. For example at work i ran really fast to the fridge to get something, and for a good minute i stood their, spacing out.When Marrissa (one of the infants) Began to cry, i snapped back to reality, and wondered what i had gone to the fridge for. Confused, i went back to my aunt and she said "did you get the face cloth?" so apparently i wasn't even supposed to be looking in the fridge, and i was supposed to be getting the face cloth from the bathroom.
I went on "howstuffworks.com" and it said that depression can cause forgetfulness.
so am i depressed?
